Sales Negotiator

Location : Corby

Salary : £23000-£24000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documents for property transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying &, selling. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Your administrative and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate property listings and assisting clients with necessary documentation. Strong communication skills will allow you to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
