In this role you will join our operations department and will support our customers by undertaking specific projects and resolving escalated issues.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Produce a well-defined project plan, specification and ensure resource availability so that projects run within allocated budgets and agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure that all appropriate project processes are followed, including the completion of documentation and records.
  • Provide relevant consultancy services to our customers in line with the service portfolio.
  • Provide escalation support to our Service Desk for the most technically complex issues, arranging external escalation or support when issues can’t be resolved in house.
  • To ensure an exceptional level of customer service with every customer interaction.
  • Prioritise and manage several projects, customer incidents and requests simultaneously.
  • To Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities
  • To travel and visit customer sites when required
  • Liaise with colleagues in other departments to resolve queries and contribute to the overall running of the business.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are carried out effectively, including any relevant risk assessments are undertaken and safe systems of work are adhered to.
  • Support with developing individuals within the team with their technical knowledge
  • Having a strong awareness of the business, gaining a specific knowledge of customers and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
  • Ensure an Indepth understanding of Eventura, its customers, service offering, processes and procedures.
  • Continually participate in training relating to Eventura’s product and service offerings. This may include examinations and qualifications that support the strategic direction of the business.

What’s needed to succeed in the role:

  • Minimum of 2 years NetSuite experience (desirable)
  • Experience of managing and delivering a project
  • NetSuite Accreditation (essential but training provided)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of a good range of NetSuite modules
  • Experience in NetSuite methodology
  • Proven Financial Knowledge
  • Varied Business Sector knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Logical approach to problem solving
