Equine (Insurance) Account Handler

Location: Newbury (1 day a week minimum in the office)

Salary: £Negotiable depending on experience + benefits

The Company:

We are working with a fast growing and exciting insurance broker with an office in the Newbury area.

This business has a fantastic company culture and values and are looking for people who want to join in and progress within the business.

The Role:

Working in a specialist horse insurance team you will manage clients, mainly servicing existing accounts, processing renewals and mid-term adjustments.

You will be customer focused and work in fast paced and specialist environment looking to maximise retention of clients and successful renewal of policy.

The Required Skills:

Previous experience in insurance is preferred ideally in Equine/ Horse insurance or Property and Liability

Other pet or personal lines experience might be considered

An interest and knowledge of Horse’s is preferable but not essential

A confident phone manner and someone who is keen to develop in a new environment
