Environmental & Security Operative

As an Environmental & Security Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of vacant properties, as well as performing environmental clearance tasks. Your duties will involve working both indoors and outdoors, fitting security measures, clearing properties of rubbish and hazardous waste, deep cleaning, and conducting environmental clearances. You will also be required to drive company vehicles and assist with garden tidying.

Essential Requirements:

To excel in this role, we expect you to possess the following qualities:

• Full UK driving licence (minor points considered)
• Minimum of 1 years’ driving experience is essential.
• Confident, personable, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to be available for ‘on call’ duty when required.
• A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card (desirable but not essential)
• Experience with Transit/Sprinter vans is ideal.
• Willingness to undergo full security screening, including verification of references and training certificates/qualifications.

You will be required to undertake and pass a full security screen (DBS) check, which will be paid for by Clearway following successful interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
