The apprentice will gain experience in all aspects of Machine work including operating:
- Schuco, AF310 CNC Machine Centre (steel sections)
- Schuco, PDG 400, Saw (cutting steel profiles)
- CARIF 260 BSA Semi-Automatic Mitre Bandsaw (cutting steel profiles)
Ensuring they adhere to strict health and safety standards whilst doing so.
The apprentice will also gain experience in:
- Forklift (age dependant)
- Stock control
- Distribution of materials to skilled workers

- Excellent attendance and timekeeping, reliable and flexible to business needs

- The selected candidate must have a keen eye for detail

- Good communication skills
Desired qualifications
- Ideally hold GCSE maths and English to grade 4 /C Functional skills level 2
- Must hold GCSE maths and English at grade 3/D or functional skills level 1
- Must be able to provide evidence of grades to gain entry onto the apprenticeship
