Engineering Manager-Manufacturing£64,000 - £72,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Flexible Working Hours + Training + Relocation Package + Excellent Benefits Package Monday-Friday, 37.5 Hours Launceston, Cornwall Are you an engineering manager with experience in an FMCG manufacturing or production environment? Are you looking for an exciting long term role within a world leading food manufacturer offering flexible working hours, car allowance, bonuses and excellent training? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an Engineering Manager to join and manage their expanding team at their state of the art facility near Launceston. You will be joining a world renowned food manufacturing company currently employing over 300 staff on this site alone. My client operates over 15 sites, UK wide with over 15,000 employees at present. The successful applicant will be managing an expanding team of 45 engineers within the facility including a maintenance manager, shift leaders and production and apprentice engineers. You will provide technical leadership to the engineering team, planning staff workload to increase efficiency and team performance. You will play a key role in designing, developing and executing an engineering strategy to improve overall plant and equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Capex Projects and knowledge of Siemens and will have a great opportunity to join an industry leading manufacturing company as a key member of the business in a long term role offering great responsibility and autonomy.
