Your New Company:

Reporting to the Operations Director, working within a large, busy manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for leading the engineering teams and helping with the delivery of the WCM change journey. Specialising in the FMCG sector, this client offers a diverse role within a company that operates within a booming industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Asset Care - Assess and analyse the performance of the current assets on site and identify areas for improvement, working alongside the Operations Director to drive sustainable change.
  • Stakeholder Management - Work with key stakeholders within the management team to effectively implement your plans and maintain engagement from all parties to achieve sustainable results.
  • Communication Style - Engage the right way with your target audience. Work to bring people around to your way of thinking to drive the delivery of your plans with successful buy in from all parties.
  • Analytics & Analysis- Support the CI team as a key stakeholder within the business, to analyse key performance data to deliver fact based decision making that drives sustained results.
  • Training - Work with the wider team and site to ensure training is delivered, understood and embedded into the organisation.
  • People Management - The right people manager can adapt and adjust their approach to get the best out of their teams and individuals.

Person Requirements:

  • Experience of influencing key stakeholders as part of the senior management team
  • Enjoys working with people to achieve buy in
  • Recognised engineering qualification
  • Passionate about people management and working with winning teams
  • Accustomed to fast paced and challenging working environments
  • Working knowledge of FMCG and FOOD type manufacturing
