A Leading Global Ticketing Company are expanding their engineering team and looking for an Engineering ManagerYou’ll work alongside their CTO and manage a team of Lead Engineers who are focused on engineering and spearheading things from a tech perspective. You will be focused on driving culture/ quality, managing the team to ensure deadlines are met, working closely with the team/ engineers to create an awesome environment and working on architecture/ tech decisions with the senior team.You’d need to have a deep understanding of their stack (React/ Node/ AWS/ TypeScript) and have experience managing successful teams within a product & customer focused environment. They currently offer a remote working culture BUT ideally would like candidates who can visit London once a 1/4 for a social/ sprint planning meeting.They are market leaders and reach customers all over the world!
