Muller are looking to employ a person to train in all aspects of Engineering. ThIS apprenticeship will offer you the opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities and hopefully secure a position on an Apprenticeship following the training programme.

You will be learning a range of practical Engineering skills which will entail:

  • Benchwork
  • Cutting to size
  • Marking
  • Inspection
  • Using the micrometre and vernier
  • Lathe
  • Operating the lathe
  • Facing off
  • Drilling
  • Filing

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

Candidates must be well organised with good communication skills. Must have an interest in working in an Engineering environment. Willing to learn new skills, attend regularly and make a commitment to the training on offer.


Personal qualities

Candidates must be interested in working in an Engineering role and developing their skills in this area. Candidates need to be committed to the training, able to attend regularly and have good timekeeping. You must be willing to put in hard work and show willingness to learn new tasks and develop your skills in this area.

Desired qualifications

Applicants would Ideally hold GCSE Grade C/4 or above or a qualification equal to this.
