We are currently recruiting for an Engineer (Street Works Performance) to be responsible for the undertaking of project or function related activities primarily concerned with performance and inspection aspects of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA), working within a team of technical engineering staff delivering the Doncaster Permit Scheme.
We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with utility companies and their contractors, and a good working knowledge of relevant legislation including NRSWA, The Highways Act 1980, TMA and any other legislation appropriate to highways network management.
