Action Hampshire has been a champion for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations for more than 70 years. We enable them to deliver great services to local people and communities, and speak for the changes they want to see where they live and work.

We support the people and organisations that make a difference serving their communities across Hampshire and beyond. We do this by connecting, representing, and developing skills and expertise across the VCSE sector and by collaboration that creates social change and makes society a better and fairer place.

This role plays a central role in the development and implementation of projects and partnerships at Action Hampshire. Your main focus will be to support the development of new funded projects, including horizon scanning, developing new ideas, securing funding and resources, and overseeing the start up and delivery of engagement projects. You will also support the ongoing delivery of existing projects at Action Hampshire, including line management of project coordinators and overall project oversight.

You’ll bring creativity, organisation and relationship building skills to the management of your own projects and the development of your team. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively, you will be committed to delivering results in order to solidify Action Hampshire’s reputation as a trusted and impactful deliverer of funded projects and services. You will be committed to Action Hampshire’s values and have an understanding of and an empathy with the culture and values of the VCSE sector.
