This is a vacancy for the new Restart Funding ** S Knights Recruitment are a specialist Employability & Skills Recruitment Agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK. Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an Engagement Coach in Barnstaple for our client who are leader providers of wellbeing services that support people to progress in the workforce. Our client are looking to expand and form a motivated, skilled and diverse workforce. Role and Responsibilities: As an Engagement Coach, your key roles will be:
  • To be able to recognise any barriers that could potentially prevent a participant chance of finding work, support them with overcoming barriers and supporting them into work.
  • To communicate with Digital Tutors, Employability Trainers etc. to ensure that their attendance and engagement in activities is kept optimised
  • Ensuring that the records remain accurate at all times and requirements to support validation are met
  • Group basis or 1-2-1 support in job applications, preparing CV’s etc. Experience and Skills: As an Engagement Coach, you will need:
  • Experience delivering services to meet quality standards, and working with people and providing the correct advice, guidance and information
  • Great understanding of the local labour market
