This is a new vacancy in the very highly rated Employment Law team at one of the UK’s leading regional firms, probably to be based out of either their Oxford or Milton Keynes offices, and with an excellent flexible working policy allowing for a flexible number of days working from home.

You will be an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for a new challenge. Perhaps a chance to be a part of a bigger, national team and the chance to be a part of something that is so forward-facing in the market at the moment compared to their competitors. This is a firm that is in growth mode and that is winning various awards and accolades as it goes, including Best Companies Star status, the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For etc.

The work on offer will be genuinely varied which is another attraction with this particular role. You will have the chance to deal with some Claimant work while the majority will be Defendant including working with a range of high profile, blue-chip national clients.

You will probably have at least 4/5 years of PQE at this stage and possibly quite a bit more, and the appointment is likely to be at either Senior Associate or Managing Associate level with a commensurate base salary and benefits package that will be very competitive in either of these locations.
