Overview:
The Employer Branding team has the mission to design and deliver engaging experiences to connect our candidates and employees to the UiPath culture and brand. They nurture our culture, create engaging content and collaborate with various stakeholders to position UiPath as a best place to work.
What you’ll do at UiPath:
  • Craft and Execute Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing. Amplify our brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Insta, and TikTok.
  • Embrace Our EVP: Seamlessly integrate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into all aspects of your work, showcasing UiPath’s unique culture and benefits.
  • Collaborate and Build: Work closely with internal stakeholders to create impactful recruitment marketing campaigns. Generate fresh ideas, leverage various channels, and contribute to a unified candidate journey.
  • Content Calendar Management: Shape our content calendar, aligning it with holidays, hiring needs, and our location strategy. Ensure a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Content Production: Plan, produce, and deliver engaging content for social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Insta, and TikTok. Foster employee advocacy through our internal ambassador tool.
  • Collaboration with UiPathers: Partner with UiPath team members to generate compelling content, providing potential talent with a glimpse into the UiPath experience.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep UiPath on the cutting edge by staying abreast of industry trends, market knowledge, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Be our data hero! Analyze channel performance and use insights to guide strategy, contributing to data-driven decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: In a small and collaborative team, be ready to support colleagues during significant events or unexpected challenges.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • At least 4 years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Experience in content creation for various platforms like TikTok or LinkedIn
  • Good understanding of the tech industry and fast-growing environments
  • Analytical skills and a passion for data
  • International and intercultural experience
  • Outside-of-the-box-thinker, strong in execution, very organized
