1x part time ER Administrator position South

Salary:£25,000 (pro-rata’d) + Veolia benefits
Hours: 25 hours a week.
Location:Cannock / other Veolia locations considered with an opportunity of hybrid working

This role may involve some travel to Veolia sites to support projects on an occasional basis for which travel expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you be doing?

  • Support and work with the Area Head of ER and Head of ER and wider ER team in providing timely and accurate administrative support including completing template letters, preparing mail merged letters, printing and scanning documents, preparing investigation packs, meeting invites etc.
  • Co-ordinating redundancy calculations and statements for the ER team where appropriate.
  • Supporting TUPE transfers, mergers and acquisitions in terms of appropriate administrative support as required.
  • Providing a support service for note taking within sensitive meetings as required .
  • Supporting the Area Head of ER and wider ER team in any ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Providing stats and data as required by the Head of ER / Area Head on a range of ER matters, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Undertake any other duties in line with the objectives of the post or within the remit of the Employee Relations Administrator role.

What are we looking for?

  • Microsoft Office / Google Suite knowledge
  • Great communication skills both written and oral.
  • Administration experience gained in a similar role
  • Interest in HR and more specifically Employee Relations
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Team work
  • Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial but not a necessity
