McCann Synergy is one of the UK’s leading specialist employee engagement agencies. We believe in the power of people and ambitious brands trust us to help drive their people performance; to delight customers, transform cultures and create change. We’re growing and ambitious, with a client list full of brands your mum’s heard of, and we’re looking to get even bigger. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an Employee Engagement Consultant to join our team delivering industry-leading employee experiences and engagement strategy.

A passionate advocate of the impact engaged workforces have on businesses, you’ll be responsible for the strategic management and growth of your client portfolio. You’ll be a natural at helping to develop employee engagement strategies and creative campaigns, solving engagement challenges quickly and confident talking about employee engagement best practice.

Our head office is in Bristol, but we’re building a team from McCann’s London offices, so we’re happy to consider applications from people based in, or near, either location. Once we’re back in offices, we’ll be adopting a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between the office and home.

The role:

Day to day, you’ll be using your strategic nous to build strong relationships with your clients, working with the wider team to identify and understand the challenges they face. Then, with the support of your team and the wider agency, you’ll lead, shape and deliver solutions to tackle these challenges and drive measurable results.

You’re probably already working for a global brand, agency, or consultancy, and by joining Synergy, you’ll be working alongside a great team with a fantastic track record. That’s why we were named The Drum’s ‘Marketing agency of the year’ and the Institute of Internal Communications’ ‘Consultancy of the year’ in 2019.

Add to that the haul of international awards McCann Central has won in recent years and it’s safe to say you’ll be in good company.
