Employee Benefits Administrator £23,000 – Tunbridge Wells!

TN Recruits have a fantastic new opportunity with a leading consultancy who are seeking a dynamic Employee Benefits Specialist to join their growing team!

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer support for corporate clients and their employees.
  • Creating new business proposals for Employee Benefit consultants.
  • Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews, and strategy reports.
  • Developing the skills necessary to become a successful Consultant.
About You:
  • Experienced in the Health and Risk Industry or worked in the Health Insurance Industry
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Have strong GCSE’s / A Levels (degree is desirable, but good A levels will also be considered).
  • Experience and qualifications in Financial Services are a plus, but not essential.

This is an entry-level opportunity, offering the right individual the chance to receive comprehensive on-the-job training and become part of a 2-3 year professional development program and to complete CII qualification. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll have the choice of three roles, each offering a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, with an OTE of £60,000 to £90,000!
