Due to our continued success, Corinthian have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team in Tunbridge Wells.
As well as on the job training, you will also have the immediate opportunity to join a 2-3 year development program to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser.
At the end of the program, you will be able to choose from 3 roles at Corinthian where you will earn £40k-£60k salary and OTE of £60k-£90k plus.

About the job
The core function is to assist in the effective support and retention of our existing Employee Benefits clients and the acquisition of new clients, by:
- Providing outstanding customer service to our corporate clients and their employees
- Producing new business proposals for our team of Employee Benefit consultants
- Supporting our Client Managers with scheme renewals, annual Benefit Review and Strategy reports and group protection broking exercises.
- Learning the skills needed to be a successful consultant
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 according to qualifications and experience
- Team Bonus: Paid annually
- Holiday: 33 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus 3 days at Christmas

About You - Personal
- Committed, driven, and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong desire to develop yourself and to do “the best you can”
- Happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment
- Have great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation
- Numerate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and pass appropriate exams (full financial support provided)
About You - Qualifications and Experience
- Experience and some qualifications in Financial Services are preferred but not essential
- Experience in Health and Group Risk services preferred but not essential
- Educated to A level standard as a minimum (Graduate level preferred)
- Ideally minimum grade 7 (A) at GCSE maths
