What can you expect?

As an Employee Benefits consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of risk and healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client’s requirements. You will be expected to identify new business leads and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets. This is a client-focused sales and account management role.

We will rely on you to:

  • Manage an existing health and risk client portfolio and securing new clients in order to generate profitable income.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
  • Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendation.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
  • Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice.
  • Updating and maintaining records on core systems.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A self-driven attitude
  • Experience or knowledge of employee benefits, ideally combined with group risk and healthcare knowledge/experience
