Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 ENP to work within the Minor Injury Unit at Llandudno General Hospital.

We are looking for a highly motivated senior nurse to work as part of the team within the Minor Injury Unit.

The successful candidate will be dynamic and innovative and will need to be highly motivational and have strong leadership skills. They will be visionary and have an excellent knowledge in the field of Minor Injuries, which will support the team in providing high levels of care to the service user.

We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills who has flexibility, compassion, approachability and is hard working.

They must have good organisational skills and have the ability to mentor and support junior staff and be able to encourage the career development of all levels of staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
