We are looking for a candidate to work on the electronics side of the business where you will be responsible for adapting and designing components for our electronic products. This will involve:

A) Researching, testing and applying various components into devices

B) Adapting, and redesigning PCB’s to include additional components

C) Modifying existing software and writing new software for the operation of these PCB’s

D) Modifying existing Apple and Android applications which control these devices.

Previous industry experience is preferred, but we are open to new graduates who demonstrate a clear natural ability and level of skills. The role is for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Fundamental skills:

1. Good understanding of PCB’s – including knowledge of various PCB mounted devices, and how to design or adapt PCB design using software.

2. Good knowledge of programming languages – including HTML, Java, CSS, C, C++, C#, and assembly languages.

3. Good understanding of Server Operations – Linux based systems.

4. Good understanding of Smartphone Applications – both Apple and Android.

5. Understanding of basic electricity theory and electrical safety devices.

As the business is diversified in other areas such as textiles and manufacturing. Any other skills which the candidate can bring to the business are a bonus, and a well-rounded candidate capable of performing a wide range of responsibilities is preferred.

Tier 4 Sponsorship / CASs is available for this position for Non UK / Foreign nationals. On site car parking is available, and remote working is not suitable for this role.
