What We’re Seeking

• Predicted or achieved National 5 Grade C or above, including Maths and English
• Genuine interest in the field of engineering
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally

Your Apprenticeship Journey

Year 1:You’ll spend your time attending college full-time, diligently working towards achieving a Level 2 or 3 BTEC qualification.

Years 2, 3 & 4: Transition into the Sulzer team, where you’ll be fully supported with internal training and mentorship as you work towards attaining a Level 3 qualification.
