Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Senior/Supervisor Role)

Monday to Friday 5.30am to 2pm & 1.30pm to 10pm

£42,000 + Plenty of Overtime (paid at a premium rate) + Weekly Bonus (£25-£40 per week approx.) + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Electrical Maintenance Engineer position available in a stable and successful manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that look after their employees and invest in the site.

To apply for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role, you need to have an electrical maintenance background and happy to lead a small team in a hands on capacity. You do not need experience in a leadership role to apply for the role.

Your role is to lead a team of 2-3 electricians whilst taking part in project work and continuous improvements activities. The role is mostly hands on where you will be leading by example ensuring cost effective maintenance of the equipment, plant and buildings. You’ll look to improve the PPM system and provide an efficient response to breakdowns.

  • Supervise 2-3 electricians
