Electrical estimator for a well known M&E contractor in Lancashire
  • The role would be in a strong Pre-Construction team of 7
  • Projects tendered are building services schemes from £100k to £8m in value
  • Minor design work required but main focus will be compiling estimates from take offs
  • Previous experience of Estimation would be beneficial Our client is a well established design and build contractor specialising in delivering building services solutions to a wide variety of clients throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced estimator to join a strong pre construction team of designers and estimates to ensure projects are priced accurately and in line with the companies strategies. In operation for over 35 years this firm are one of the leading companies in Lancashire. Their clients are widespread and include Network Rail, Lendlease, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Halifax Plc, Royal Sun Alliance, Iron Mountain, House of Fraser, H.S.B.C., Apollo Leisure, Matalan, and the C.I.S Group.
