This particular role is for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The site is commercial office space.

The Role

Delivery of electrical works, ensuring work is delivered in an efficient way and in a professional manner.

Emergency Lighting tests
Fault finding
Electrical system installations
Electrical testing
Lamping
Changing Ballast
Assisting with estimates / quotations
Reactive electrical maintenance

Person Specification

City & Guilds qualification OR equivalent NVQ – 18th Edition
Experience installation, testing, maintenance, LV systems
Understanding of Air Conditioning systems & controls
Understanding of health & safety practices
Effective verbal / written communication skills
