Position Overview:
My client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in hybrid power systems, particularly in solar, battery, and diesel-powered generators. The role involves designing, developing, and overseeing the production of these systems, ensuring they meet the rigorous demands of our clientele in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop hybrid power systems integrating solar, battery storage, and diesel generators for infrastructure and construction applications.
Create comprehensive wiring schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation for the manufacturing and assembly of hybrid power systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure the feasibility, quality, and efficiency of designed systems.
Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and testing to optimize the performance and reliability of hybrid power systems.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to hybrid power systems.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in designing and building hybrid power systems, specifically integrating solar, battery storage, and diesel-powered generators.
Proficient in creating and interpreting wiring schematics, electrical diagrams, and
technical documentation.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with relevant software tools for electrical design and simulation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management or leading design teams.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations for hybrid power
systems.
Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing electrical systems.
