RCM are looking to speak with experienced ElectricalDesign Engineers located within the Midlands region.

Our client is looking for a ElectricalDesign Engineer (Building Services) to join their established in house team. This Building Services Contractor works on leisure, retail, warehousing/distribution and commercial projects to name but a few, located throughout the UK.

This role will suit an individual who is degree qualified or a minimum of a HND qualification and/or 5-7 years electrical design experience within building services.

This role is commutable from, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Coleshill, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Tamworth and surrounding areas.

Your Role As Electrical Design Engineer Will Involve
  • Working on a variety of projects across varied sectors located within the UK
  • You will be involved with all stages of the projects - inception through to completion
  • Co-ordinate MEP services working in conjunction with the in house design team
  • Producing electrical drawings and specifications
  • Carry out design calculations, producing detailed site surveys and validation reports
  • Being the company’s representation at design meetings
As The Electrical Design Engineer You Will
  • Experienced in using Amtech, Relux, Dialux, AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks
  • Understand BIM Processes
