Electrical Assembly Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Assembly Operative to join the team at Lifts Ltd.

As an electrical assembly operative you will produce lift assemblies for production.

The products are assembled to specific customer requirements in accordance to the relevant paperwork and drawings.

To be successful in the role of electrical assembly operative you will need to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use hand tools.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar assembly type environment and as an electrical assembly operative show you can work as part of a team and unsupervised.

Reporting to the assembly supervisor we are looking for an electrical assembly operative who can be flexible in their approach and in return we can offer a friendly working environment that is encouraging of suggestions of improved ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete lift parts inline with the production schedule
• Read drawings and follow ISYS to determine and produce assemblies
• Produce assemblies from prototype drawings
• Rotate through all tasks in the mechanical and or electrical process

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• A good basic level of education.
• Completion of a recognised traineeship or apprenticeship in electrical would be an advantage but is not essential
