NHS Grampian currently has an 11 month temporary contract position available for 2 IT Support Engineers to work within the ICT Department, based at IM&T Building, Foresterhill. This role will be predominately rolling out pre-imaged PC’s, configuration and any remediation, on sites located throughout the NHS Grampian area.

Applicants must have extensive, relevant knowledge in an IT Desktop support/IT Rollout discipline. Candidates must be educated to HNDDegree level andor have relevant years of experience in an IT Desktop support role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and especially Windows 10), application support, Active Directory, Microsoft terminal services and Citrix is essential.

You must be enthusiastic, have good communication and customer awareness skills. Good time management, problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure when working to tight deadlines is required.

The successful applicant’s will be required to lift and move PC equipment on a regular basis. A full UK driving license is essential for the post.
