Senior UX Designer Location: Hybrid About the Role We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to join our team here at RS Group. This Senior UX Designer will be based in the Emerging Markets teams and will be responsible for overseeing the user experience design for their ecommerce platform. What You’ll be Doing: Producing high quality UX design solutions through user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. Adhering, and contributing, to the RS Design System components and standards to help evolve our design language further. Making strategic UX decisions related to core, and new functions, features and iterations by asking smart questions, taking risks and championing new ideas. Partnering with Digital Product Director, Marketing Team, Customer Operations Team, Sales Team, Distributors and Development Team to constantly improve our products in a collaborative cross-functional team environment. Owning UX research within Emerging markets and work with the Digital Product Director to develop a structured way of processing feedback from customers and analytics so that the most important design challenges can be tackled. Helping in resolution of support desk issues with regards to customer experience with distributors and internal colleagues What You’ll Need: A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating your expertise Passion for solving product problems while balancing all facets of a user experience Experience collaborating closely with multiple subject areas including product and engineering Digital services experience Created user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototype Worked in an Agile environment Strong communication skills We are RS RS Group is a global integrated omni-channel solutions partner for industrial B2B customers who design, build, and maintain industrial equipment and operations.
