Summary of Job
A key role in the Senior Management Team, the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, will take responsibility for our digital platforms, leading the expansion of our online business through a new website build and coordinated marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for driving growth through all digital channels, including the companies websites, marketplaces and marketing channels.
- Develop and coordinate promotional activity across digital channels and stores.
- Manage the replatform of our main website, focussing on delivering an industry beating experience for our customers and community.
- Lead the Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our growing community of customers and brand ambassadors.
- Deliver key performance KPIs
About you
- As a natural leader, you will inspire your team and colleagues to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- An experienced and confident Ecommerce & Marketing Manager (Minimum 5 years experience).
- Self-Sufficient, highly motivated, and success driven approach.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to lead teams across multiple departments.
- Highly analytical, numerical and strong reporting skills.
- Detailed knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Social platforms.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, driving success through a collaborative and hands on approach.
- High attention to detail and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
