A leading company of online products is looking for a hands on and experienced eCommerce Manager or Specialist based in Rugby to handle their growing online operations. Paying between £45-49K, on site parking and an option to work on a flexible basis.

Your New Company

You will work with a company that has both a National and European presence as one the leaders within their fields. You’ll be at the forefront of new developments and opening new markets to further help them increase their online offering and presence.

Your new role

You will be working as a crucial member of the online team and will be involved in all things eCommerce related from managing complex projects to monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales. You’ll also manage the SEO operations and the handling of ads and spend, whilst always looking to get the maximum return on investment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will need to be experienced in eCommerce ideally at the manager level and have a proven track record of increasing sales, conversion and website optimizations. You’ll be hands on and like to get involved in a supportive team environment as well as being skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. You will also have experience of modelling campaigns and have great attention to detail.
