KCP is a family run setting about to embark on an exciting journey to become an accredited Curiosity Approach setting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 practitioner with a genuine passion for the Early Years to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of child development and a firm understanding of the EYFS.
  • an interest in the Curiosity Approach
  • willingness to undertake additional training ensuring continual professional development
  • be able to work well as part of a team
  • enjoy the company of young children
  • have a sense of humour and fun!!
