Due to increasing numbers we have a full time vacancy for a passionate and experienced practitioner in our baby room. Working as part of a small team the role demands robust knowledge of working with very young children.

The position is permanent, full-time and based on working 5 flexible days per week.

The successful candidate will hold a level 3 qualification and ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in a day nursery setting. We would consider a level 2 practitioner with relevant experience.

The role involves observing young children at play, planning for next steps in learning and assessment of progress. There is a heavy emphasis on developing strong reciprocal relationships with parents and communicating with them both electronically and face to face. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic manner towards supporting young children in their exploration of the world.
