About us
The Family Solutions Service in Didcot are seeking to recruit two Early Help Practitioners to join their Early Help Team based at the Children and Family Centre in Didcot.
About the role
The roles are full time and temporary for 1 year at grade 10, with a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel around the South East Oxfordshire area is essential.
The work will include case management and direct work with children, young people and their families, providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people. It will also involve leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence-based group programs to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service.
