We at the MCL Group are an established, experienced, and trusted Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider.

The EAP Team is currently seeking a full-time Triage Assessor Administrator, to work at our head office in Southport. The role involves assessing clients by phone, booking client appointments, sending, and receiving correspondence and ensuring all our data systems are fully updated.

The ideal candidate must have completed a minimum of a level 4 Counselling qualification and have completed at least 100 hours counselling. They must have experience of working in a client focused environment and have excellent administration skills and a good telephone manner.

As a Triage Assessor Administrator, you will be speaking to clients daily, assessing them, arranging appointments, undertaking a range of administration tasks, and supporting the internal EAP team.

Our ideal candidate will have empathic and relational building skills with clients and be methodical and organised in their approach to work. Due to the busy nature of the department, multi-tasking and priority management is key and you will be supported by a fantastic team of people in delivering an excellent service to clients.

You will be the first port of call for clients, and you will need to have a calm and empathetic manner.

You will also need excellent keyboard skills to make accurate notes. Experience in dealing with incoming calls will be a definite advantage.

Essential:

  • Must have completed and passed a minimum of level 4 in Counselling
  • Must have over 100 Counselling hours
