Birmingham 2022 are looking for a passionate E-Learning Co-ordinator to support the design, production, and development of e-learning content and the implementation of the Learning Management System.


We are looking for someone that really enjoys working as part of a team; is excited to develop an engaging LMS and e-learning content. The right candidate will be confident and be able to hit the ground running within the training capacity. This role will be reporting directly into the Training Functional Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, planning, and implementing learning solutions for Functional Areas (FAs) to ensure the Games Time deliverables are met across Workforce (paid, volunteers and some contractors).
  • Liaise with all stakeholders (internal and external) utilising innovative, and relevant learning program options for successful delivery and outcomes
  • Utilise instructional design techniques to develop and maintain training resources
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to create impactful e-learning experience
  • You will also be required to work with SME of different Functional Areas throughout the organisation to assist with the creation and development of innovative, creative and relevant learning solutions
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of face-to-face training sessions.

Skills and Experience


Essential

  • A recognized training qualification - City & Guilds or equivalent training experience
  • Willingness to learn and confidently use authoring tools
  • Desire to create inspiring e-learning modules
  • Problem solving
  • Enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with high level of knowledge with Excel
  • Previous experience of developing learning management system
  • Experience of using a variety of authoring tools
  • Instructional design experience
  • SCORM understanding
  • Systems development


Desirable

  • Experience in decision making
  • Project management
  • Experience of creating learning pathways
  • Experience of design and delivery of face- to-face training


Salary: £35,000.00 per Annum
Start date: ASAP
Location: One Brindley Place, Birmingham
