This role is a unique opportunity to help shape the agenda, develop and deliver transformative learning and development experiences for the Professional Services teams within Access. As well as defining the L&D strategy and needs within your department, you will lead and programme manage a 2 Year Academy within that department.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Design and create e-learning accreditations and content across all software divisions
• Co-ordinate the e-Learning programme for the Professional Services teams
• Work with Professional Service leaders to define and execute a 2 Year Academy/Learning Path programme to ensure aligned employee recruitment, strong new employee on-boarding, with clear on-going developmental goals and opportunities
• Build relationships and act as a stellar role model throughout the business
• Constantly look for opportunities to identify, build and deliver learning and development
• Work with Professional Service leaders to ensure the L&D needs of employees is at the heart of any business change
• Evaluate and report outcomes, showing how you have made improvements based on feedback
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to gain business insights

As a well-rounded learning and development professional, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

• Significant experience in design and delivery of e-learning and development programmes or employee programmes
• Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
• Ability to move between big picture strategic planning and detail
• Able to thrive in an ever changing environment
• Ability to build and maintain robust relationships and drive collaboration, in particular by forming steering groups in early phases of new projects
• Flexible, resilient, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity - you know what to do when you don’t know what to do
