Purpose of the role.

As a result of our continued growth, this is an opportunity has for a highly motivated individual to develop a career in a thriving and progressive Ecommerce business.

The role involves market research, photographing products, creating product listings for various online sales channels including Amazon/eBay, dealing with, and resolving customer queries.

Responsibilities

You will work independently, although you will be part of a wider team.
  • Research the internet to obtain product information and key words to maximise sales
  • Product Listing - creating SEO friendly product listings
  • Take photos of your own products and edit images where necessary
  • Monitor and maintain eBay shop performance
  • Update product listings
  • Identify new product opportunities within the marketplaces
  • Manage promotions on sales channels
  • Handle customer queries via telephone and email
  • General administration duties
Skills/Experience Required
  • Hands-on experience of eBay, Amazon, and other online sales channels
  • Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrate a commitment to develop your own knowledge and skills
  • Experience with the Linnworks platform is beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be resourceful and self-organised, ability to prioritise
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage
Desirable Skills
  • Full UK driving licence with the use of your own vehicle
Job Specifics
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary £18,545 per annum
  • Location: The role will involve a flexible approach to working as locations of work may vary from our Office in Bromborough, Home working and our other Office locations in ST4 Stoke on Trent and CH5 Deeside Ewloe.
