We are based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

We are a fast-growing company, and we have customers in the UK, US, and Europe.

Key duties and responsibilities

--------------------------------------------------------------

- Assemble and package orders securely

- Book shipments with courier companies online

- Track packages and contact courier companies to resolve issues

- Update customers about the status of their order

- Answer customer emails relating to shipping issues

- Respond to enquiries by email or phone

- Keep the office and work environment clean and tidy

- Take photos and videos of finished products

- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks

Other responsibilities

- Complete documentation

- Keep records of invoices and quotations

- Enter information in the company’s knowledge base

- Data entry using Excel or Google Sheets

- Perform stock checks when required

- Assist other team members with other tasks when required

Skills required

--------------------------------------------------------------

- Focus and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication (email and telephone)

- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

- Previous experience in e-commerce (at least 1 years’ experience preferred)

Salary

--------------------------------------------------------------

- £10 to £13 per hour, based on skillset and experience.

- 7.5 hours per day of focused work (Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm).

- A performance bonus is available.

This would be a long-term position, with an opportunity for career progression based on performance.

• E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
