We are looking for a Duty Manager, to join our friendly and professional team. You will be responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the centre to the highest standard. You will be a proactive member of the team, who will be able to supervise the centre staff, ensuring performance potential is optimised and all work is carried out to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, and ideally has experience of working in a leisure environment, but more importantly, someone who has passion and drive, and is able to think on their feet, keep calm under pressure and able to deal with people from all walks of life. We want our employees and customer to have the best experience possible, so if you are looking to progress your career, then we want to hear from you.
Hours: Casual - as and when needed.

Requirements

To actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff To be responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard To contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team A passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role
