Dual Fuel meter Installers required to work on one of the highest paying meter contracts in the UK.Dual Fuel meter Installers required to work on one of the highest paying meter contracts in the UK.Do you want to work for an employer who will treat you very well, without micro-managing you whilst still providing you with full support, from the operations team?Do you want to earn a good basic salary earn a performance bonus on meters fitted?Do you want to have the option of working on-call and / or weekend work and get paid a lot more?Do you want to have the option to work away and double your income?If the above is you, then read on because this opportunity gets better and better.The RoleWorking for a leading and well respected metering contractor on a Tier 1 contract, you will be installing gas and electric smart meters within your local area.Your work is pre-planned and electronically scheduled and you will be expected to completed 3 dual fuel meter installations per day.About YouYou will need to already be a fully qualified dual fuel (gas and electric) smart meter installer, with at least 6 months post qualification experience.Minimum qualifications: CCN1 or CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Meter Diploma.Maximum of 6 penalty points on your Driving LicenceSalary and Benefits£35,000 basic starting salary42.5 hour working week8am to 5pm working hours (30 mins travel each side unpaid)£25 per meter bonus (over 6 meters per day)£2,000 Company Bonus (paid annually in December pro-rate)23 days annual leave plus 8 statutory daysOption to work Saturdays at 1.5x basic pay rateUp to £47,000 realistic annual earningsVan, Fuel Card, PPE and Tools all provided.Optional On-call£42.50 per day standby1.5x basic rate paid door to door weekdays and Sat2x basic rate paid door to door SundaySaturday Work1.5x basic rate£20.00 per meter fittedWorking Away (Optional)Scotland: £150.00 per day plus normal hourly rate of payx2 basic hourly rate paid for Sunday travel timeAccommodation and Food paidEngland and WalesScotland: £75.00 per day plus normal hourly rate of payx2 basic hourly rate paid for Sunday travel timeAccommodation and Food paidThe Application ProcessPlease submit your CV for initial review and discussion about the role and employerVideo interviews and technical assessments will also be required as part of the application process.All successful applicants will have to go though a DBS, Driving Licence and reference checking.The Start ProcessSuccessful applicants will have to attend a company induction and mentoring period, which may be out of your home area.
