The Company

Caldicot recovery are the largest independent roadside breakdown specialist in Wales and the West We have a passion for customer service and achieve this with great people and the latest equipment.

This role is to assist with our proposed new state of the art depot recently acquired in Chosen view road Cheltenham

Our services include:

Vehicle Recovery for major failure or accident
Roadside Repair
Workshop repairs after breakdown through our own network
Onward Travel.

You:

We are seeking candidates that always seek to provide great customer service in a sometimes challenging environment, people that go ’above and beyond’ to offer our customers a solution that really fits their needs.

You will need to enjoy working with customers and be able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude and at times tolerance, sympathy and understanding.
A minimum of one years driving experience in vehicles of class 2 vehicles or 7.5 tonne

A technical background is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

A current digital tachograph card is essential as is a current Driver’s CPC.

All candidates are subject to DBS & Police Vetting checks.

The role:

This role involves vehicle recovery following accident, theft and mechanical breakdown

The position is shift based and includes working alternative weekends
Ideally you will have towing capability but not essential

Driver CPC must be current

We attend breakdowns in all weathers so you need to be prepared to work outside and sometimes in difficult conditions to recover our customers.

Institute of vehicle recovery training an advantage but will be provided if not held by the candidate
