Motus Commercials is an approved Ford Commercial Vehicle dealership located in Halesowen and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Driver and Sales Support Colleague. As our new Ford Driver and Sales Support, you will join our friendly team which will see you working 3 days a week averaging 8.00am to 17.00pm which equates to 25.5 hours per week within our approved FORD Commercial Vehicle Dealership.

As a Ford Driver and Sales Support colleague at Motus Commercials in Halesowen we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• Desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Minimum 1 years’ experience is an advantage
• Display a high level of customer service
• Reliable, punctual
• Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:

We require an experienced Ford Driver and Sales Support colleague who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure our automotive customer vehicles are on the road within the shortest time possible.

• Create and maintain an organised and secure system in the compound
• Maintain a safe secure system with keys
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and local handovers when required
• Receive all new and used vehicle deliveries and inform sales team of arrivals, check for damage and shortages
• Arrange quotations for any repairs within required time frame
• Keep outside display area clean and tidy, weed and litter free
• Prepare vehicles for customer handover 24 hours prior
• Ensure collected vehicles are booked out and handover forms completed
• Daily coordination with aftersales
• Liaise with sales staff including those off site
• Coordinate vehicle preparation with suppliers, ply liners etc
• Control valet bookings
• To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant skilled Service Administrators.
