As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will play a vital role in educating homeowners about this fantastic scheme and guiding them through the process.

Job Description: As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in your local area and introducing them to the benefits of the ECO4 Free Home Energy Grant Scheme. You will present the advantages of energy-saving measures and guide potential customers through the application process. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and secure appointments for our team of Energy Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits within your designated local area to engage with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of the ECO4 Free Home Energy Grant Scheme and the energy-saving measures available.
• Provide accurate information about the grant eligibility criteria, application process, and the potential cost savings.
• Identify and qualify leads by assessing homeowners’ needs and interest.
• Schedule appointments for Energy Advisors to conduct home assessments and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of interactions, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• A positive and resilient attitude, even in the face of rejection.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and lead management.
• Prior experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and grant schemes is a plus.
