```Duties```
As a Door Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the premises, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include:

- Checking identification and verifying the age of customers
- Conducting bag checks and pat-down searches as required
- Monitoring CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious activity
- Responding to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Enforcing venue rules and regulations to maintain order and safety
- Assisting with crowd control during busy periods or events
- Providing assistance and guidance to customers as needed

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Loss prevention: Ability to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action to prevent loss or damage
- Surveillance: Proficient in monitoring CCTV cameras and identifying suspicious behaviour or unauthorized access
- CCTV: Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and using them effectively for surveillance purposes
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and the ability to provide immediate assistance in case of injury or medical emergencies
