We are looking for a Door Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining security and safety at our premises, ensuring that all guests follow the rules and regulations of the establishment. The Door Supervisor will be expected to monitor activity at the door, check identification, and provide assistance in the event of an emergency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Maintain order and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Conduct searches of customers and their belongings when necessary.
- Provide customer service and assistance to guests.
- Enforce safety regulations and policies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-30 per week
Salary: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Work Location: In person
