We are looking for a Territory Manager for Wareham to look after our clients during the week and take oncall responsibilities every other weekend.

You will have the support of the Registered Manager and Administration Staff.

Salary from £24,00 /£26,000 per annum

Main Duties:

  • Providing care to our clients
  • On call responsibilities every other weekend including direct cover of care calls if unable to cover to ensure the safe delivery of the service
  • Responsible & accountable for the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
  • Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements
  • Accountable for quality management including effectively managing complaints and incidents
  • Regular reviews for clients and staff
  • Attend external meetings and represent the service in a positive manner
  • Ensuring up to date training for all staff and adhere to the training matrix

Required competencies:

  • Applicants MUST have NVQ level 3 as a minimum with the willingness to do NVQ 4
  • Previous care experience - essential
  • Management experience - highly desirable
  • People management skills
  • Quality driven ethos
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care
  • Valid driving licence and vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
