We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our Majo Projects team, based in York. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location:Full Sutton, York

Contract:Permanent, Full time, able to consider part time


Key Responsibilities

As a Document Controller, you’ll be working within the HMP Full Sutton team, supporting them with internal document reviews and providing weekly reports on the status of all documentation.

Your day to day will include:

  • Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure

  • Expediting late documentation from the clients and consultants


Who are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

  • You are highly organised

  • You are able to manage your own performance

  • Have previous experience with an EDMS e.g. BIM Extra or 4 Projects
