Document Controller - Scott Brownrigg

We are on the lookout for a proactive Document Controller to join our team. Working closely with our Head of Document Management you will be responsible for providing document control and project administration support in accordance with our Company Management System.

You will be a part of one of our key support teams working across our projects and studios to ensure that drawings are checked according to our company protocols, issuing drawings to clients via extranets and documenting revisions. This role would suit an organised and efficient person, who has excellent attention to detail.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Proven experience in document control
  • Proven experience in using extranet sites
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to take responsibility for seeing a task through to completion
  • Organised and efficient
  • Methodical and thorough
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Able to work on their own initiative, as well as from instructions

Desirable knowledge and experience:

  • Experience of working in an architects practice or similar industry would be an advantage

Candidates must be highly computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive and can-do attitude.
